Pete Dahl – Business Agent

I started working out of Local 341 during the summer of 1990. My first dispatch was to the FS&G/Sealaska pre-cast yard on C St., in Anchorage (which is now AggPro and managed by Colaska). For many years I worked the summer seasons at the plant. Initially, I filled my winters attending school. Then after I completed my college degree I would fill my winters with the occasional buildings trade job when available. Some of the contractors that I got my start with in buildings trades were Unit, Weldin Const., and Davis Constructors. During the fall of 2007 I was dispatched to PCL Construction, in the buildings trades area, at the airport remodel project. I worked with PCL until early 2011 where I then accepted a dispatch with Roger Hickel Contracting (RHC). On my last project with RHC before I moved into this new position, I served as the Labor Foreman at the new training school.
I am excited and look forward to this new chapter in my career at Local 341
